AXE

A more straight forward prop was the axe. Obviously you don’t want actors waving a real axe on stage.

The props master created two axes with heads of dense foam like a kid’s play mat. One was the unaltered axehead and the second had a piece of door panel attached to it. This is the blue section in the photo.
