TELEPHONE CORD

The telephone cord gets some exercise too. The end attached to the set was held in place with a rare earth magnet. This stood up to the abuse of the action but was simple enough for the actors to remove.

The handset also has to disconnect quickly. This is possible with most cords but the clip was too small for the actors to work with quickly and broke after a few uses.  We used a clip from a lanyard to hold it in place.
